Transportation and Deliveries

Our towable models Mangata, Querencia and El Vago meet the dimensions allowed for transport on roads, so you only need to connect your tiny house to your vehicle and take it wherever you want.

In the case of the Ikigai, Camp and Administrative module models, it is necessary to transport them with the help of a crane that will take them by land to the place where they will be installed.

En el caso de los modelos Ikigai, Campamento y el módulo Administrativo, es necesario transportarlas con ayuda de una grúa que la llevará vía terrestre hasta el lugar donde será instalada.

We take care of covering the cost of transporting your tiny house for up to 500 km. If you need us to take it further than that, you will be given a quote for transportation costs.

We will take care of delivering your tiny house model wherever you tell us, as long as there is land access via Type A roads according to the official classification of roads in Mexico. You can consult more information at the following link:

Construction

The construction systems implemented in our models ensure the resistance of the tiny house to the eventualities that could occur.

Walls :

Made up of self-supporting panels composed of a high-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) core that is located between two structural coverings, which in the case of Lagom is made up of two technical boards with the following characteristics:

  • Recycling
  • Antifungal
  • Anti-fire
  • Anti-seismic
  • Energy saver.

This technical board provides a negative carbon footprint to our tinys.

Structural PTR:

The PTR has a shape that gives it strength, since the weight it has to support is distributed in a better way. This material is perfect for building light structures.

Before welding our structure, we treat it with anticorrosive paint to avoid damage to the structure.

This way of building called SIP fills our tinys with benefits such as thermal and acoustic insulation, just as its structure gives it steadiness and safety.

We use the same construction materials and finishes as in a conventional house so you will not have to worry about their safety and quality

Facility

With the exception of our El Vago model, you must consider the following steps to install your tiny house:

  1. Locate your tiny in the place where you want to live.
  2. Connect the electricity supply. For this, consider that you must use a 110v electrical current supply for 30 or 50 amps.
  3. Connect the water supply for your tiny’s consumption. You do this using a regular water hose.
  4. Connect the water outlet of the toilets. This is a 3-inch hose that you should direct to a larger drain and ensure it has sufficient slope.
  5. Finally, check in the pump room that everything has been correctly connected.

Production times

Depending on the model, the times vary:

  • Ikigai: 3 months.
  • Querencia: 3 months.
  • Mangata: 3 months.
  • El Vago: 4 weeks.
  • Camp Model: 6 weeks.
  • Administrative Module: 3 months.
